One thing that I've learned to my journey as a freelancer and working from home job is that you really have to develop your online skills, everyday you will make an effort on at least to study one tool that you know that can be beneficial to you and to your clients as well, especially for your clients so that if they ask you to do a certain task you have an idea already of what's needed to be done.
Freelancing has a wide range and variety of tasks that's needed to be perform not just cold calling, customer service, or managing social media. So it's really important to know where your strength are so that you can push that when offering your service to your client and what are your weaknesses in the same way you could develop it more.
I also feel that it is important to be in a comfortable situation when working, what do I mean by that? Simple you're really have to be passionate on that particular job position that you're entering to, not just you want to do that because of the money.
Yes, money is good income is important after all we are doing this job for it, but you have to at least doing the job that you're comfortable doing so that the end results is good and that your client will be very satisfied with your work because you didn't only do that for the money but because also out of passion and you put your heart into it.
